Experian Malaysia wins a record number of HR awards in 2019
Team Experian Malaysia at the HR Excellence Awards ceremony event
It’s been an exciting year for Experian Malaysia. We are delighted to announce that Experian Malaysia has won a handful of Asia’s most coveted Human Resources awards – which include HR Asia Best Companies to work for in Asia for the fourth consecutive year, and also two awards at the recent HR Excellence Awards picking up a gold in ‘Excellence in Innovative use of HR Tech’ and bronze in ‘Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion’. This is further cemented by another award from the Asia Recruitment Award with a Silver for "Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Strategy".
These annual awards recognise outstanding organisations with exceptional employee programmes that encompass robust and innovative human resources practices. Being recognised is a great honour and reflection of the strong core values that we uphold. The awards are a true testament to the amount of hard work, team effort, investment and commitment to make Experian Malaysia a place to grow and thrive.
We believe that investing in our people is critical to the success of our organization and are committed to improving the way we work together across our country teams, our business units, and our functions. Across Asia Pacific, we successfully launched several engagement and enablement initiatives including our diversity and inclusion programme, leadership development programme and a mobile-first on demand style learning portal to name a few.
Superheroes League, an employee resource group promoting inclusion and awareness through regionally coordinated events. Superheroes recently hosted a fantastic Diwali celebration.
Women in Leadership (WILD), is our flagship female leadership programme which launched earlier in 2019 - creating opportunities for our top female talent to be part of an exclusive one-year programme to accelerate their career progression.
Our Elevate Learning platform gives access to over 5,000 on-demand courses and learning sound bites across a wide range of topics such as personal effectiveness, design thinking, sales, technology, data, agile, innovation as well as specialised functional topics. With a playlist functionality to personalise learning journeys and ability to form an online knowledge sharing community, this has truly transformed the way we empower employees to continuously develop themselves.
An inspiring working environment, positive company culture, unlimited development opportunities, transparency and "working with purpose" are just a few reasons why Experian is a great place to work.
