I want to report cyber crime, what can I do?

If you suspect any illegal online activity and want to report it, you can contact Malaysia Computer Emergency Response Team (MyCERT) by CyberSecurity Malaysia. Please refer to https://www.mycert.org.my on what you can do to report your incident.

I accidentally purchased credit reports (PCRB or PCRP) or subscribe to JagaMyID. Could I get refunded?

Please to inform that all services rendered by Experian are provided on a non-refundable basis. We do not provide refund for accidental purchases or under any circumstances. Kindly, ensure that you are making the right purchase before proceed to make payment.

Can TrackMyID remove my compromised details which have been found on the Dark Web?

Unfortunately, TrackMyID will not be able to do that. TrackMyID serves to detect and alert you of your information which has been compromised and the details surrounding the breach. However, we will provide you with the steps you can take to mitigate the impact of the breach.

In the event of a MySecure Protection Plan claim:

Please notify the nearest Great Eastern branch or call Great Eastern at 1300-13-1088 immediately regarding any claims and also stating the policy number and certificate number. Within 30 days, you have to submit these original documents to the nearest branch:

  • Claim Form.
  • Receipts.
  • Medical Report (if any).

You may refer to the Great Eastern website at www.greateasterngeneral.com for more details. Claims will be paid accordingly once complete documents are received.

For ATM Withdrawal Protection and Snatch Theft claim, kindly submit:

  • Police Report.
  • Bank Receipt and Statement.
  • Receipts of items lost in snatch theft.

Insured must have valid police report and proof that the lost items via snatch theft belong to the insured person.

Can I cancel my subscription to TrackMyID?

You can cancel anytime to discontinue your subscription. However, all services rendered by Experian are provided on a non-refundable basis.

Cancelling your JagaMyID subscription, you could put yourself at risk of identity theft or credit fraud.

How do I cancel my subscription to JagaMyID?

You can cancel anytime to discontinue your subscription and stop the daily monitoring. All services rendered by Experian are provided on a non-refundable basis.

However, by cancelling your JagaMyID subscription, you will be without protection. You will be exposed to the identity theft. With our protection, we serve to alert you if we detect unexpected changes to your credit information, slight sign that you could be at risk for identity theft or credit fraud.
