In Malaysia, Experian Information Services (Malaysia), formerly RAM Credit Information (RAMCI), is one of the country’s leading credit bureaux accredited under The Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010.
With a comprehensive database built over the past 25 years, Experian Malaysia has established itself as a trusted credit and business information provider. We were also the first Credit Reporting Agency in Malaysia to achieve International ISO 27001:2013 certification in January 2017.
Today, we have extensive domain knowledge to serve both consumers and businesses in Malaysia and globally through our comprehensive array of services. We also collaborate with associations and cooperatives to serve their members. Experian’s core capabilities in Malaysia include online credit information, monitoring, scoring services and international information services.

Experian Malaysia’s Global Delivery Centre has 26 different nationalities and is a strategically located center of operational excellence that support Experian globally. We provide key operations such as finance, analytics, IT, product development and customer service. Our Cyberjaya operations is crucial to Experian’s continued global success. Delivering both local and global projects, GDCs currently houses over 20% of Experian’s workforce across four locations: Malaysia, Bulgaria, Chile and Costa Rica.
